• Modelja duhet të jetë mbi 16 vjeç.
• Pranohen vetëm foto me cilësi të lartë dhe pa asnjë ndërhyrje digjitale (Photoshop, AI, retushim fytyre, lëkure, sfondi, syve, etj.). Foto të edituara = Diskualifikim automatik pa rimbursim.
• Mos i publikoni fotot në rrjete sociale apo diku tjetër para përfundimit të gjykimit.
• Lejohet vetëm grim i lehtë në fytyrë (fondatinë, korrektor, buzë, vetulla). Nuk lejohet aspak grim në sy!
• Foto të papublikuara më parë. Nëse janë përdorur më herët (rrjete, revista, gara), pjesëmarrja anulohet.
• Respektoni kriteret e gjykimit për çdo nominim. Mos dorëzoni fotot pas afatit: 1 SHTATOR 2025.
• Pagesat janë përfundimtare dhe të parimbursueshme. Zgjedhja e gabuar e nivelit të përvojës = diskualifikim për mashtrim.
• Të gjitha fotot e dorëzuara mund të përdoren nga organizatorët dhe sponsorët për promovim. Njoftoni modelen tuaj.
• Me kryerjen e pagesës, pajtoheni me të gjitha rregullat e konkursit.

Sistemi i Vlerësimit: Ky sistem është bazuar në përvojën disavjeçare të organizatorëve dhe garanton vlerësime të drejta dhe të paanshme nga profesionistë të njohur të industrisë.
Vlerësimi i Verbuar: Çdo gjyqtar ka qasje vetëm në kriteret dhe fotografitë që ai/ajo vlerëson. Vlerësimet janë të pavarura dhe gjyqtarët nuk shohin komentet e njëri-tjetrit.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE “LASH LEGACY COMPETITION”

The model must be over 16 years old.
Only high-quality photos without any digital alteration (Photoshop, AI, facial/skin retouching, background, eyes, etc.) are accepted. Edited photos = automatic disqualification with no refund.
Do not publish the photos on social media or elsewhere before the judging process is completed.
Only light facial makeup is allowed (foundation, concealer, lips, brows). No eye makeup allowed!
Photos must be previously unpublished. If they were used before (social media, magazines, competitions), your participation will be cancelled.
Respect the judging criteria for each nomination. Do not submit photos after the deadline: 1st SEPTEMBER 2025.
Payments are final and non-refundable. Choosing the wrong experience level = disqualification for fraud.
All submitted photos may be used by the organizers and sponsors for promotional purposes. Please inform your model.
By making the payment, you agree to all competition rules.

The payment is non-refundable if you choose to withdraw from the competition or if you do not submit your work by the deadline of September 1st.

If you win and are not present at the Gala Night to receive your gifts and trophies, they will be sent to you by post. However, the shipping cost must be covered by you, whether within the country or abroad. Please note that international shipping rates vary. For deliveries to Europe, America, and other non-Albanian-speaking countries, private couriers such as DHL or FedEx will be used. Shipping costs with private couriers depend on the weight of the package, and we do not take responsibility for this part.

EXPERIENCE LEVELS
Participants entering the online competition will be divided into the following categories, based on their experience:

LEVEL: BEGINNER
You qualify as a Beginner if: You have 0 to 2 years of experience, based on the date of your first certificate for the chosen nomination (e.g., Classic, Volume, or Lash Lift).

LEVEL: EXPERT
You qualify as an Expert if: You have 2 to 4 years of experience, based on the date of your first certificate for the chosen nomination (e.g., Classic, Volume, or Lash Lift).

LEVEL: MASTER
You qualify as a Master if: You have more than 4 years of experience, based on the date of your first certificate for the chosen nomination (e.g., Classic, Volume, or Lash Lift).
This category also includes trainers, lecturers, jury members, etc. Even if you do not have 4 years of experience but hold one of these roles, you will be categorized as a Master.
Please pay special attention to choosing your correct level.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Providing false information and deliberately selecting the wrong experience level will lead to a permanent ban and elimination from the competition.
Organizers will verify your experience level. Please submit your first qualification certificate in lash application, based on the chosen nomination.

LEVEL 1: BEGINNER (0 – 2 years of experience)
Classic Lashes, Volume Lashes (2D–3D), Lash Lifting

LEVEL 2: EXPERT (2 – 4 years of experience)
Classic Lashes, Volume Lashes 3D-4D, Mega Volume 5D-7D Lashes, Lash Lifting, Creative Effects (e.g., Wispy, Wet Look), Eyeliner Effect

LEVEL 3: MASTER (4+ years of experience)
Classic Lashes, Volume Lashes 3D-4D, Mega Volume 5D-7D Lashes, Lash Lifting, Creative Effects (trend styles like Eyeliner, Wispy, Wet Look), Eyeliner Effect

GRAND PRIX AWARD
ATTENTION: The Grand Prix Award is only valid for participants in the EXPERT and MASTER levels.
This year, we are awarding a total of 4 Grand Prix prizes:

• 2 for the EXPERT category
• 2 for the MASTER category

GRAND PRIX – EXPERT LEVEL, FIRST PLACE:
Large package with exclusive products from sponsors, €500 cash, special Grand Prix trophy, right to participate in all categories of the next championship free of charge (all-inclusive)

SECOND PLACE:
Package with exclusive products, €200 cash, special trophy

GRAND PRIX – MASTER LEVEL, FIRST PLACE:
Large package with exclusive products from sponsors, €500 cash, automatic jury membership in the next Lash Legacy competition, free jury training course, special Grand Prix trophy

SECOND PLACE:
Large package with exclusive products from sponsors, €200 cash, special Grand Prix trophy

How to win the Grand Prix Award:
Participate in at least 4 nominations and compete for the title of “CHAMPION OF THE LASH LEGACY COMPETITION”
The Grand Prix winner will be selected based on the total score from all nominations you enter
The more categories you compete in, the more chances you have to win!

ADDITIONAL RULES:

• All nominations count toward the Grand Prix, if you participate in a minimum of 4 different categories
• If you register twice in the same nomination, only the highest score will count for Grand Prix.
• Example: If you apply twice in Classic Lashes, only the highest score will be considered.
• Participating twice in the same category does NOT count as multiple nominations for Grand Prix.
• Example: (2x Lash Lift) + (1x Classic Lashes) does NOT meet the Grand Prix criteria.

JURY EVALUATION – LASH LEGACY COMPETITION

Evaluation System: This system is based on the organizers’ years of experience and ensures fair and unbiased evaluations by recognized professionals in the industry.
Blind Judging: Each judge has access only to the criteria and photographs they are assigned to evaluate. The evaluations are independent, and judges do not see each other’s comments.

Easy Fans / Premade Fans
Lashes thicker than 0.15 mm
Low-quality photos

ALLOWED

• Classic Lashes: 0.07, 0.10, 0.12 mm
• Volume/Mega Volume: 0.03, 0.05, 0.07 mm
• Other colors up to 10% (red, pink, yellow, etc.)
• Black or transparent adhesive
• Lengths: 4 mm – 12 mm
• Volume: only 3D or 4D (Expert, Master category for Volume Lashes)
• only 5D, 6D, 7D (Expert, Master category for Mega Volume Lashes).
• For beginner level 2D, 3D category Volume Lashes.

Evaluation Criteria (0–10 points, except in special cases)

Overall Appearance – Style, symmetry, materials, aesthetic presentation – 10 points

Direction – Lashes must be at the correct angle and symmetrical – 10 points

Transition – Harmonious use of different lengths – 5 points

Styling – The style and shape you have chosen based on the eye – 5 points

Color – The color you choose for your model based on other features such as hair, eyebrows, etc. – 3 points

Symmetry – Eyes should look the same when open and closed – 5 points

Clean Work – Makeup residue, loose fibers, marks on the skin – 10 points

Middle Eye Coverage – Every natural lash in the center must be covered – 10 points

Inner Corner – Coverage of the inner corner of the eye – 10 points

Outer Corner – Coverage of the outer corner of the eye – 10 points

General Impression – Final look and presentation quality – 10 points

Fan Symmetry (Volume only) – Maximum: 5 points

Distance from the Skin – Consistent distance of 0.2–0.5 mm – 5 points

Spike – Formation of spikes (only valid for creative effects) – 5 points

Achievable Effect (only valid for creative effects and eyeliner) – 5 points
