Booking and Cancellation Policy

At Rinesa Lashes, we are committed to providing a well-organized and professional experience. Please read our policies carefully regarding bookings, cancellations, and refunds before completing your payment.

Bookings

All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized contact channels. This ensures that all provided information is accurate and that the service is delivered in the most efficient and professional manner.

Cancellations by the Client

If you decide to cancel your participation after purchasing your ticket, the payment is non-refundable under any circumstances. We kindly ask that you double-check the date and service selected before finalizing your purchase or booking.

Cancellations by the Organizer (Rinesa Lashes)

In the event that an appointment or event is cancelled, postponed, or does not take place due to reasons beyond the client’s control, you are entitled to a full (100%) refund. The refund will be processed within a maximum of 1 month from the date of the cancellation notification.

No-Show on the Scheduled Event Date

If the client completes the payment but does not attend the event on the scheduled date, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. A no-show is considered a used service or a reserved spot, and therefore, is not eligible for financial reimbursement.
